STEP 1: LET'S CONNECT!
The first step starts with a small chat, see if we’re a fit to each other. I'll answer any questions you may have.

STEP 2: CONSULTATION
After booking, you’ll get a quick questionnaire so I can learn your style and how you’re envisioning your session.
Once you send the questionnaire back, you’ll be scheduled a phone/video call. I will go through every small detail for the session, help you choose a color palette, outfits that can go better with your style!

STEP 3: PREP FOR YOUR BIG DAY!
A few days before your session, you’ll receive a prep guide by email with everything you need to know—what to expect, what to bring, and a simple checklist to make your day stress-free.

STEP 4: PHOTO SHOOT DAY!
Your day to shine has arrived! I'm as excited as you are! Let's create those pictures you have dreamed of and been waiting for. I'll guide and help you through the ENTIRE session. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and beautiful! Snacks and refreshments are provided.
STEP 5: ORDERING APPOINTMENT
This can happen right after finishing the session OR few days after your session took place you’ll be scheduled a video call with Francesca. In this step you'll choose your favorite portraits for me to retouch. You'll be able to fully customize your own package and buy only what you love!

WHAT’S THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE MATERNITY PHOTOS?
The best time to schedule your maternity photos is usually between 28–32 weeks. Around this stage, your bump is beautifully showing, but you’re still comfortable enough to move and enjoy your session. Many mamas in their second or third pregnancy like to schedule around 27 weeks, since the bump often shows a little earlier. Every journey is unique, I’ll help you choose the timing that feels perfect for you!

Yes, I do! You’ll have access to a beautiful wardrobe with a variety of dresses, gowns, and fabrics to choose from. Most moms only need to bring nude seamless undergarments and a few personal items. We’ll chat through all the details during our phone call before your session, so you’ll feel fully prepared and at ease.

Final galleries are delivered within 12 business days after you’ve selected your favorite portraits. You’ll be able to make your selections right after your session, or we can schedule a video call to review them together—where I can offer my professional guidance to help you choose the best images for your artwork.

Do the final pictures include retouching?
Yes! Professional retouching is an essential part of my process, ensuring your portraits are polished. While my approach when editing skin is subtle (preserving your true beauty without ever appearing over-edited), I’m happy to take care of any editing requests to ensure you love your portraits—so don’t worry about little things like last-minute blemishes, I’ve got you covered!
